Reserve the work
An artwork is reserved only after the placement proposal is accepted and any required initial payment is complete. Availability can change until then.
For rental clients
These guidelines explain the shape of a Sling’n Art rental. Your artwork edit and final placement agreement will confirm the exact work, term, costs, care requirements, and project details.

The minimum term, start date, end date, and renewal options vary by artwork and project. We confirm all four before anything moves.
The artwork placement is priced by month. Delivery, installation, pickup, taxes, coverage, and special handling are shown separately when they apply.
The client keeps the work in the approved indoor environment, follows its care notes, and contacts us before moving, cleaning, reframing, or altering its placement.
A responsible adult and safe site access are required for delivery, installation, inspection, and pickup. Building rules and scheduling constraints should be shared early.
We record the work’s condition before installation and may inspect it at pickup. Responsibility, coverage, and what happens after damage are defined in the placement agreement.
Before the term ends, tell us what you want next. Purchase is possible only when the artist offers the work for sale; any rental credit is confirmed in writing.
Move dates change. Projects change. Let us know as soon as possible so we can protect handler time, artwork availability, and any third-party logistics already reserved.
These guidelines are an overview, not the final contract. The signed placement agreement and accepted proposal for your project control, including payment schedule, coverage, damage, cancellation, purchase, renewal, and site-specific terms.
